Refund, Deferral & Cancellation Policy
Sparkedify
To maintain program quality, effective cohort planning, and dedicated mentor allocation, Sparkedify follows a transparent, consistent, and learner-first enrolment policy.
This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful to all learners.
Refund Policy
Program fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.
This applies regardless of attendance, non-attendance, personal circumstances, or non-usage of learning resources.
Refunds will be considered only if explicitly stated in a specific program policy or if required under applicable Indian law.
Deferral Policy
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
Learners may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort.
Deferrals are subject to availability and Sparkedify’s approval.
Once a deferral is granted, no refunds apply to either the original or deferred batch.
Non-Attendance
Non-attendance, late joining, partial participation, or reliance solely on recorded sessions does not qualify for refunds.
In such cases, Sparkedify provides flexible learning support, not fee reversals.
EMI / Loan Payments
EMI or loan agreements are strictly between the learner and the respective financing partner.
Sparkedify cannot cancel, pause, or modify EMI payments once processed.
Any approved academic refund (if applicable) will be issued to the learner, who remains responsible for loan closure with the financing provider.
Placement-Related Commitments
Placement assistance or placement-linked terms (where applicable) are governed by separate, program-specific policies.
These commitments are independent of this refund and deferral policy.

All policy-related requests must be submitted in writing to:
Requests made via phone calls, social media, or informal channels cannot be processed.
